Best decision of my life May 17, 2024

Cody had helped me when he was working for a very reputable law firm in NWA, and performance was outstanding. I had never even had a speeding ticket in 40 years and was suddenly in trouble with the law. Although a misdemeanor, he got it dismissed and off my record. When my teenage son got into major trouble, I called the same law firm only to find that Cody had started his own business. Mind you, I went and found him. Best decision of my life. My son, 19, had managed to get multiple felonies in 3 counties. We were looking at some serious fines and, most of all, prison time. It was quite the mess. I needed quick action and major help. Cody had no problem taking on our situation. Thank God! One county had written a warrant as a felony and it was unlawful, and Cody brought it to their attention. The police department had to rewrite it as a misdemeanor. Cody had no problem traveling to other counties to address our son's charges. They were serious and multiple. One county prosecuting attorney even told us, "He is good." Cody has a great confidence that not many exude. You can feel it right off in his presence. He shoots straight, but the outcome is always better than the cards laid on the table. My son got probation for an extended time, but we were looking at at least 10–20 years for a young boy that got involved with the wrong people. He got a second chance thanks to Cody! Absolutely incredible what he did for us. He knows the law better than the law! He put up with a hysterical mother in great fear. The end result was more than I had prayed for. Cody, you are one of a kind. We are forever indebted. Hope I never need you again, but just in case, I certainly know where to go. God bless you and thank you for everything!
